Fees
A standard 50 minute consultation will usually have an out of pocket expense of about $135.00, provided you have a GP referral. However, you can discuss the fees and rebates with us when you make your appointment.

AS A PRIVATELY PRACTISING PSYCHOLOGIST, FEES ARE CHARGED BASED ON, YET LOWER THAN, THE SCHEDULE OF FEES ($311 PER CONSULT HOUR) ENDORSED BY THE AUSTRALIAN PSYCHOLOGICAL SOCIETY.
Medicare rebates: A referral is not required to attend therapy. However if you wish to receive rebate from Medicare you will need to visit a GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral made out to us.
If you are eligible for a MHCP this entitles you to up to 10 rebated therapy sessions per calendar year and receive a rebate of $145.25 for each of those 10 sessions.
Private insurance rebates: You can check if your insurance offers rebates for clinical psychology. Note: you cannot claim both a Medicare Rebate and a Private Insurance rebate on the same session.
