Compassionate Clinical Support in Fremantle
Qualified and experienced clinical psychologist based in South Fremantle, providing calm, confidential support for anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress and other mental health issues, to help you navigate life with confidence.
At Pathfinder Psychology, I walk alongside you as you navigate life’s obstacles and transitions. Using evidence‑based therapies, I provide a space to help you understand your story, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful.
Being human is both a rich and challenging experience which I appreciate can at times feel like it is all too much. I work from a place of welcome and collaboration, building an understanding of you as a person. I also have expertise in assessing and diagnosing major mental health issues, where specific, tailored treatments and interventions are needed to provide the most efficient and effective resolution for symptoms and struggle impacting your wellbeing.
Having worked across a range of settings with individuals at various stages of their mental health journey, including private, community and hospital mental health, I have experience in providing intervention and support for many situations. I often work with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, chronic pain and health issues, functional disorder, insomnia and sleep issues and struggle related to identity, neurodivergence and gender diversity. Therapeutic support for autism (ASD), ADHD and other neurodivergence is a particular passion. ASD and ADHD assessment enquiries welcome.
Therapy is gentle and respectful, with careful attention given to your comfort and autonomy. Inclusivity is honoured, diversity is celebrated.
